It has one white FAKRA cable for AM/FM radio. I did not include the whip as it was falling apart. The clip that holds the antenna on is also in perfect condition. No cracking or wear.

The antenna and seal work perfectly. This is a working Dodge Journey antenna. This antenna should work perfectly on any Journey or Dart that just needs the AM/FM. Satellite Sirius and GPS will not work with this antenna.

I pulled this today from my 2012 Dodge Journey SE while adding the Mopar Satellite antenna. The part number written on the back is 5064793AA.
